Job summary

SBL Couriers is seeking a self-employed delivery driver in the United Kingdom. You may bring your own van or rent with our partners, with fully paid training and ongoing support to help you start confidently.

Earn £195.00–£216.00 per day, including a £20 daily peak incentive, with extra pay for mileage. Inductions and ride-alongs are paid, plus company-funded training worth £250. Immediate starts available for eligible drivers.

Qualifications

• Full UK/EU manual driving licence is required with no more than 6 penalty points.
• DBS background check must be passable.
• Reliable, motivated and customer‑focused attitude.
• Confident using a smartphone for navigation and delivery instructions.
• Ability to load, unload and carry parcels safely.
• No prior delivery experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Collect and load parcels at the local delivery station.
• Deliver parcels safely and efficiently to homes and businesses.
• Follow pre-planned routes using smartphone GPS guidance.
• Handle parcels with care and follow delivery instructions.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop.
• Follow road safety rules and park safely when delivering.
