Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for an Installations Supervisor (National) to oversee modular accommodation installations across multiple project locations nationwide. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams from delivery through commissioning and handover.

You will attend site meetings, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and manage RAMS, progress trackers, and compliance records. Travel nationwide and strong supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 6 Construction Management (desirable).
• CSCS Black or Gold Card.
• IOSH.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Strong supervisory and leadership experience.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Salesforce experience desirable.
• Ability to travel and work nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Supervise modular accommodation installations across multiple project locations nationwide.

• Manage transport bookings, plant requests, inspections and off-hire processes.
• Ensure installations are completed in accordance with approved layouts and specifications.
• Monitor health and safety compliance and complete Intelex reporting.
• Carry out site inspections, snagging reviews and sign-off procedures.
