Southern Health and Social Care Trust is seeking an Outreach Support Worker (Band 4) based at Warren House & Children's Centre, Armagh. You will deliver community-based support to children, young people and families, working across trustwide services to promote wellbeing and resilience.

Flexible working arrangements are available from day one, with consideration given to part-time hours and shift patterns in line with service needs.
