Position: Tech Entrepreneurship Mentor (Consultant)

Location: London, In-Person (starting Monday 23rd Sept if possible)

Duration: 75 Days Annually (3 Cohorts, 25 Days Each)

Job Overview

AI Forge is the largest AI Incubator in the UK & plans to expand to new overseas cities in 2025. We run three Cohorts per year and secure Pre-Seed funding for around 45 companies each year.

We are seeking a highly experienced mentor to support AI tech entrepreneurs in London. The role involves conducting face to face 121’s, with around 20 entrepreneurs weekly, for 25 days per cohort, three times a year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored mentorship to tech entrepreneurs, focusing on assessing the viability of their business ideas, through an initial ‘Stress Test’ meeting.
• Help entrepreneurs brainstorm and pivot their ideas if necessary.
• Ensure they remain on track with their deliverables through constructive feedback.
• Stay current with AI tech industry trends to provide relevant guidance.
• Support entrepreneurs in building sustainable and scalable businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience of having successfully started, scaled and exited a tech start-up.
• Proven track record of successfully guiding entrepreneurs from ideation to execution.
• Strong analytical skills & an understanding of the metrics to assess business viability.
• Fit in with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who are not afraid ‘call the baby ugly’
• Ability to work on-site in London for the required duration.
