What you'll be doing

Are you passionate about improving systems and driving digital change? Join the UK Parliament's Parliamentary Security Department (PSD) as a Delivery Manager and play a key role in enhancing the technology that underpins Parliament's security vetting and access operations. You'll help modernise critical systems, including our Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring the smooth and secure management of vetting processes across both Houses. Working closely with developers, data specialists and security professionals, you'll translate business needs into innovative technical solutions that strengthen Parliament's safety and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your delivery and stakeholder management skills to a unique and high-impact environment at the heart of UK democracy.

What we\'re looking for
  • Strong skills in engaging with and working collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholder groups including customers, decision makers and suppliers on technical systems, whilst upholding the principles of diversity, equality and inclusion, ensuring that everyone is, at all times, treated with dignity, courtesy and respect.
  • Experience of successfully managing and delivering significant pieces of work, projects and/or changes, and facilitating the delivery flow of a team, managing the pace and tempo of delivery on a cloud-based integrated CRM/ERP (such as Dynamics 365).
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying product gaps in digital systems, writing concise, accurate and clear requirements for system providers/developers to implement, leading to an improved technical system.
