Security Team Member (Part-Time, 20 hours per week)

As a Security Team Member (Part-Time, 20 hours per week), you will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues. The role involves:

• Carrying out regular patrols, monitoring CCTV, managing access control, and responding to incidents when they arise. Previous experience as a Security Officer within a Hotel, Leisure or Customer-Facing environment is preferred.
• Ensuring the Hotel remains fully compliant with Health & Safety and Security regulations, keeping up to date with any changes to legislation. Holding a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential, as is a strong understanding of safety and emergency procedures.
• Being a confident communicator and remaining calm under pressure, liaising with guests, colleagues, and emergency services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Shifts will include late nights, weekends, and a variety of hours, so flexibility is key.
