We're hiring an experienced Security Systems Transformation Lead to drive a major transformation programme across Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, ANPR and wider physical security technologies. This role will shape and manage the transition to a future-state security architecture, ensuring systems, suppliers, and operational processes align to long-term strategic goals. In addition to delivery leadership, the role requires substantial work in IT Operating Model (ITOM) definition, service transition, strategy development, and supplier-model design.
You will act as a central delivery and transformation lead, working closely with internal stakeholders, operational teams and external vendors to coordinate upgrades, roadmap execution, operating model development, and knowledge transfer activities. You will help define the future operating model for the organisations physical security systems, establish governance boundaries, and support multi-year roadmap planning across integrated security platforms.
Please note : this is a hybrid role, requiring at least 1 day per week onsite at our customer’s Heathrow office.
