Job summary

Premier Technical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Alarm Service Engineer - Field Service Engineer to service and install security systems across Stoke-on-Trent, Midlands, North West. You will work on CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Fire and IP networking projects for commercial clients.

You will diagnose faults, commission systems, perform ongoing maintenance, complete detailed service records, and communicate professionally with customers and on-site contacts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in electronic security.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence; ECS/CSCS, IPAF or PASMA qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service, maintain and fault-find across security systems.
• Test completed works and complete accurate job records and service documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts on site.
• Take responsibility for allocated jobs from arrival to completion.
• Ensure installations are neat and meet high standards.
