Qualifications

The Role
  • Ensure the safety and security of the site, its occupants, and all visitors at all times.
  • Remain vigilant and promptly identify, assess, and report any suspicious behaviour or activity.
  • Prevent unauthorised access to restricted areas or the site as a whole.
  • Stay informed of all on-site activities and maintain full awareness of daily operations and events.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and immediately report any breaches or incidents.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, adapting to site requirements.
  • Supervise on-site teams to ensure standards, performance, and compliance are maintained.
  • Carry out administrative and operational support tasks as directed by Operations and Duty Managers.
Qualifications
  • Previous security experience ideally in a supervisory role.
  • A valid front-line security guarding, door supervision or close protection SIA license.
  • Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech.
  • Great attention to detail and a consistent approach.
  • A team player with good customer service skills. Disability Confident.
