Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking an Associate / Associate Director Security Consultant to lead complex, multidisciplinary security projects across diverse sectors in the UK built environment. You will mentor consultants, guide technical delivery and build trusted client relationships.

Hybrid working with office/site attendance and UK travel is expected. You will shape security strategies and drive innovation with a team of professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., security, engineering, or related discipline) and chartered professional status.
• Strong technical reporting, stakeholder communication and multidisciplinary project leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, multidisciplinary security projects across diverse sectors.
• Oversee project resources and ensure high standards of delivery across the RIBA Plan of Work.
• Mentor Principal Consultants and contribute to business development and client relationships.
