Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. in London/remote is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to work on customer sites or remotely. The role focuses on security infrastructure design, deployment, testing, verification, optimization and operation services for Fortinet solutions.

You will collaborate with customers and Fortinet peers to drive satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer. The role requires on-site engagement and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/Network Security Products.
• Experience with designing and implementing FortiGate solutions or major 3rd party security solutions.
• Experience in complex routing and WAN environments with BGP/OSPF.
• Work experience in MPLS networks (L3 VPN).
• Exposure to MSSP or managed service environments (multi-tenancy, monitoring, reporting).
• Experience in scripting and automation (e.g., Zero-Touch Provisioning).
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive customer service attitude with excellent soft skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists during the Think and Build phases of a project.
• Develops and maintains project documentation (designs, test plans, scripts).
• Configures and verifies Fortinet solutions per design.
• Tests Fortinet solutions and verifies behavior.
• Participates in interoperability testing with Fortinet devices.
• Recommends Fortinet best practices and resolves issues.
• Delivers knowledge transfer to client staff.
• Maintains core competency on Fortinet products.
