Location: Midlands | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £32,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Position Overview

As a Security Systems Service Engineer, you will be a key member of the technical team. You will be responsible for the service and maintenance of high-spec security systems for a range of commercial and high-end clients. Your work will directly contribute to the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct service and maintenance on Intruder, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support.
• Complete and submit all service and fault-finding documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with installed security systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of security systems maintenance experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Texecom, Hikvision, and Paxton systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.

• A valid UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
