Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Security Project Manager to join our global security team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of impactful cyber security initiatives that align with strategic business goals.

You’ll manage multiple workstreamsoard, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on perspectives. You can reach?:

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of cyber security projects end‑to‑end – ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are consistently met. Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes, aligning project goals with broader business and security objectives. Coordinate across initiatives for seamless delivery, support evolution of tools, templates and ways of working, and contribute to the Development of the Security Programme Hub and other business‑facing resources. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, facilitate communication across teams, and represent the OCISO programme in cross‑functional initiatives and governance boards.

What are we looking for?

Strong background in project design and delivery, especially in technology‑focused projects. Experience engaging with dispersed, decentralized teams and aligning them to common security goals. Strong grasp of governance, risk management and reporting, confident in MS Project, JIRA or Loop. Excellent communication, influence at all levels, analytical thinking.

Desirable experience

Cyber security or tech transformation programmes, familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery, mentoring junior PMs. Strategic thinker with a delivery mindset: highly organisational, calm under pressure, collaborative, eager to contribute to a purpose‑driven programme.
