Security Project Manager
Location: South East / London
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 basic (DOE) + Company Bonus + Car/Allowance + Benefits

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Security Project Manager, or an ambitious Project Engineer looking to step up, to join our growing team delivering high-quality electronic security systems across the South East and London.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects ranging in value from £10,000 to £1 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple security installation projects simultaneously
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare detailed designs and quotations
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure systems meet compliance, quality, and safety standards
Qualifications
  • Experience working with enterprise-level security systems such as Genetec, CCURE, Lenel, Milestone, or similar
  • Previous experience in electronic security installation, integration, or project management
  • Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence
