Job summary

Investigo in Central London is seeking a proactive Security Programme Co-ordinator to support delivery of the organisation's physical security improvement programme, including Martyn's Law preparations. You will coordinate people, plans and information to keep actions on track and issues raised promptly.

Reporting to the Security Programme Lead, you will maintain the programme plan, track milestones and budgets, liaise with estates, facilities, HR and suppliers, and produce clear progress

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects or programmes across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow up actions confidently and raise issues promptly.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the programme plan, milestones, action log and risk register.
• Coordinate meetings, record decisions and follow up outstanding actions.
• Collaborate with security, estates, facilities, HR and other teams across sites.
• Track progress on security assessments, procedures, staff training and improvements.
• Liaise with suppliers and advisers to arrange visits and track deliverables.
• Prepare clear progress reports highlighting delays and decisions needed.
• Keep programme documents and supporting evidence organized and up to date.
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders and invoice checks where required.
