Join a team responsible for delivering and supporting critical customer security services, where you'll combine technical leadership, operational oversight, incident management and change governance to ensure exceptional service outcomes in a 24/7 environment. Working with complex customer solutions, you'll play a key role in a ring-fenced leading team, driving service excellence and meeting evolving customer requirements through a collaborative and forward-thinking approach. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development of security services, helping to enhance operational resilience, improve customer experience and protect organisations against an evolving threat landscape.
Please note you must either hold or be eligible for SC (Security Clearance) and you must be a sole UK national due to contractual requirements of the role.
A full UK driving license is required due to the occasional travel required for this role

This role offers a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.
