Overview

Security Operations Manager
£24.81/hr | Harrow Council Sites

We're currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to join London Borough of Harrow on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Locations:

• Harrow Civic Centre Hub
• Wealdstone Centre
• Greenhill Library

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of security personnel across multiple council sites
• Oversee rotas, budgets, and operational planning
• Ensure safety and compliance across all locations
• Respond flexibly to changing site needs and schedules

Requirements

• Proven experience managing security teams
• Valid SIA badge
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
• Highly organised with strong leadership skills
• Willingness to work unsocial hours when required
• Adaptable and proactive approach to site management

Contract Details

Start: Immediate

Duration: 3 months initially
