The role

As a Security Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of a high-performing security function at one of Babcock's most secure operational facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic security operations, build trusted customer relationships and lead a dedicated team responsible for protecting critical facilities, people and assets. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, customers and project teams, playing a vital role in supporting national security while developing your own leadership and security management career within a growing and innovative business.

Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Leading the delivery of physical, personnel and contract security operations across the site.
• Managing a team of security professionals, providing leadership, direction and operational oversight.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.
• Supporting high-priority business and facilities projects by providing security expertise and guidance.
• Ensuring the site maintains the standards required to meet contractual, regulatory and government security obligations.

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at Ashchurch, Tewkesbury.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role. Applicants must be a Sole UK National.
