A leading security services provider in the UK seeks a Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations at a venue in Westminster. Responsibilities include managing the security team, ensuring compliance with procedures, and coordinating for events. Required qualifications include a valid SIA Front-Line License and previous security management experience. The Security Operations Manager (SOM) will work closely with the Client to ensure that the RBO is a safe and secure venue for staff and visitors alike. The SOM is responsible for managing the security team from an operational perspective, ensuring a high level of service delivery and contractual compliance. You will work an average of 50 hours onsite Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 18:00. Weekends may be required depending on local activity.
