Job summary

SGN is seeking a Security Operations Analyst to ensure our IT and OT networks are secure and compliant. You will be the SGN Security subject matter expert and the primary contact for security incident remediation, coordinating with OT and IT security teams.

You will support audits, vulnerability assessments and threat management, coordinate with vendors, and participate in incident reviews. A degree in a relevant discipline and hands-on cloud security experience are important.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent career experience in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, MS Sentinel and Defender).
• Proven experience in monitoring, triage, threat & vulnerability management, incident handling, security forensics, and security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Security functions including OT Security, Governance Risk and Compliance, Security Assurance.
• Ensure security metrics are documented and presented at monthly reviews.
• Act as SME for SGN Security and coordinate security activities with third-party vendors.
• Assist with audits, penetration testing and incident lessons learnt calls to identify solutions.
• Ensure security policies are enforced and coordinate mitigating actions with IT Security Leads.
• Attend head office in Portsmouth at least quarterly.
