Job summary

Aviation Advisors Limited in Bradford is seeking multiple full-time security officers to cover day, night and weekend shifts. You can choose day or night/weekend patterns; 45-60 hour weeks guaranteed. A £3,000 joining bonus is paid in December.

Qualifications

Observational skills to spot potential threats or suspicious behaviour.
Clear and effective communication for reporting and interacting with others.
Ability to quickly assess situations and make sound decisions.
De-escalation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Familiarity with security equipment and basic computer applications.
Ability to patrol, stand for extended periods and handle physical situations.
Professional, calm and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

Patrolling and securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters and access points.
Monitoring surveillance systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems.
Controlling access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits.
Responding to incidents: Investigating alarms and addressing safety or security concerns.
Enforcing regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Reporting and documentation: Maintaining logs and incident reports.
