Job summary

Consultora Excelsior in Coventry is seeking Security Officers for permanent full- or part-time roles. Day shifts run 8:00–18:00 or 8:00–20:00 with pay at £19.50 per hour; night shifts run 20:00–08:00 at £22.50 per hour.

Overtime and bank holidays are paid at £28.50 per hour, with 45–60 hours per week for full-time and 20 hours per week for part-time. This position involves monitoring CCTV and responding to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to respond to potential threats or incidents.
• Respond to emergencies such as medical incidents, fires, or disturbances, and provide assistance as needed.
• Enforce center policies and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons.
• Write reports on daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, and unauthorized persons.
