You'll be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the site remains secure while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Perform regular patrols inspections around the site
• Monitor access and egress points, verifying credentials and ensuring safety compliance
• Respond promptly to security incidents and site emergencies
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and incidents in line with procedures
• Operate security systems, including CCTV if qualified
• Follow site‑specific safety and operating procedures

Requirements

• Holds a valid SIA Manned Guarding Licence (essential)
• First Aid qualification (essential)
• CCTV Monitoring (desirable)
• Minimum age 18 (legal requirement for SIA)
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks and extended periods on patrol
• Confident communicator who can remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations
• Good understanding of written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Holds a full UK driving licence (essential due to site requirements)
• Able to pass 5‑year background vetting
• Support the enforcement of health and safety policies on‑site
