We're now seeking a professional, proactive and guest-focused Security Officer to join our team and help keep our guests, colleagues and property safe - all while delivering a warm welcome.

What you'll do :

• Monitor the hotel premises to ensure the safety of guests, visitors and team members.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies and alarms.
• Conduct regular patrols and security checks across all areas of the property.
• Liaise with management and external agencies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of any security-related matters.
• Support our guest experience by offering assistance with directions, information and general enquiries.

Salary : £35,228 p / a + service charge, plus benefits
