Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Security Officer for 14Forty on a full-time basis (42 hours per week) to safeguard customers, staff and premises while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA license (or eligibility), is a strong communicator and team player, and is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for career development and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to hold one.
• Excellent communicator and team player with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
• Smart, professional appearance and able to present a positive image.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of health & safety, security operations and relevant laws.
