Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is seeking a Security Officer in Crewe. You will perform access control, conduct site patrols, and maintain logs while ensuring compliance with security procedures.

Successful candidates will hold a valid SIA licence, be able to work days on a 3 on 3 off pattern (06:00–18:00), and demonstrate a professional, customer-focused approach to protect our client and site assets.

Qualifications

• Communicate confidently at all levels in both written and spoken English.
• Follow procedures and instructions accurately.
• Experience in utilising IT and computer systems efficiently.
• Undertake shift work flexibly as required.
• Fit and able for security duties.
• Conduct high-vigilance patrols to ensure site integrity.
• Manage complex access control for staff, contractors and visitors.
• Respond to incidents with precision and teamwork.
• Serve as a professional ambassador for Staffline and client.
