Job summary

Northern Security Ltd is seeking a Security Officer for roles based in and around Kendal and Ambleside. The position requires the ability to work independently, handle pressure, and flexibility for days, nights, and weekend shifts.

A valid UK driving licence is required due to occasional on-site vehicle use. The role involves student support functions, on-site security presence, fire alarm responses, and patrols of internal and external areas.

£13.45 per hour Days, Nights and Weekends We currently have a vacancy for a Security Officer based in and around Kendal and Ambleside. Having the ability to work independently and well under pressure, a flexible attitude to shift work is something we value highly. Due to the location of site, and the need to occasionally use an onsite vehicle, applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence.
