Job summary

Seddon Agency Limited is seeking a vigilant security professional to guard entrances and patrol the site, ensuring only authorised personnel access facilities. You will log activities, complete incident reports, and maintain security paperwork, including sign-in sheets and handover logs.

Responsibilities include regular internal and external patrols, monitoring surveillance, inspecting buildings and access points, and reporting incidents to authorities with a professional, discreet demeanor.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence required and to be included in the application.
• Experience with security logging, incident reporting and patrol records.
• Good communication and basic IT skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Control access to entrances and ensure only authorised personnel enter.
• Keep a log of all site activity and complete security paperwork.
• Provide regular external and internal patrols of the site.
• Secure premises by patrolling, monitoring equipment, and inspecting access points.
• Prevent incidents by maintaining a visual presence and reporting incidents to authorities.
• Complete reports by recording observations and interviewing witnesses as needed.
• Interact professionally to maintain long-term site security and safety.
