Job summary

Securitas is hiring a Security Officer to help protect people, property and information on site. You’ll patrol key areas, manage gatehouse duties, and act as a friendly, professional security presence for staff, visitors and contractors on a prominent site in Witney.

Qualifications

• SIA licence is required.
• First Aid trained preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year history.
• Strong English communication skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
• Providing a professional, customer service-led security presence, delivering exceptional support and assistance to staff, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications
