This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff, patients, and visitors across all Trust sites.
You should be reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service. You should be able to remain calm under pressure and communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds. Maintain a high standard of personal conduct and deportment in keeping with the duties and the hospital environment.
Standard shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off (12-hour shifts). Please note: the shift pattern is currently under review and may be subject to change. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to cover different hospital sites or provide cover during staff absences and annual leave.
