City Group is seeking a Security Officer to work at a client site in the Spalding area, responsible for safeguarding people, property and assets. You will join a committed security team and uphold high standards of service while ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

Role involves incident reporting, access control, coordinating with clients and visitors, and liaising with emergency services as needed. A professional appearance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a current and valid SIA Licence in an appropriate sector.
• Be smart, professional in appearance and an excellent communicator.
• Have a flexible approach to working and be trustworthy.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a security role.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to site specific assignment instructions to ensure safety and security of all client buildings and assets.
• Accurately recording incidents as and when required in full and taking appropriate action where required.
• Being an essential part of a team working together to achieve a common goal delivering excellent customer service.
• Working with clients, contractors, and visitors on site to coordinate activities or direct them accordingly.
• Liaising with emergency services and other third parties where necessary.
• Onsite patrols, key holding responsibilities.

Our customer is a long established Manned Guarding Provider, starting in 1993. Starting as a small family run business and growing into a successful medium sized business. They are looking for the right people to join their team that have the same passion and drive. The opportunity is for a Security Officer to work as an integral part of the Security Team. Responsibilities of the Security Officer:
