  • Manage crowd safety and queue management.
  • React to emergency situations as per the Incident and Emergency Plans.
  • Deter anti-social behaviour and criminal activity.

About The Role:

Shift Pattern: 12pm until 10pm, Thursday to Sunday.

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Security Officer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly trained, professional security team within a large Venue. You will be responsible for the protection, security and safety of visitors and the building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a first line support to employees and visitors to the site, providing a professional and friendly service
  • Investigate and report all allegations of loss, theft, criminal damage and other incidents
  • Managing crowd safety and queue management
  • Be aware of and react to emergency situations as detailed in the Incident and Emergency Plans
  • Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential.
  • Experience of working within the security industry/environment is an advantage.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience in a public facing, customer service role with the ability to deal with challenging situations
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
