Retail Security Officer –M&S

Location: M&S, Bognor Regis Arun retail park Shripney Road PO22 9NF

Salary - £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 50 hours per week - Tuesdays to Saturdays 10:00 - 20:00

Candidate must have 5 years trackable employment history in UK & valid SIA licence

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.

This includes:

• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
• Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
