Job description

We have a great opportunity to work as a Security Officer for G4S, a leading global security and outsourcing group, specialising in outsourcing of business processes in sectors where security and safety risks are considered a strategic threat. G4S is recruiting for a Security Officer to work in Redruth for a huge foodservice business.

Contract Information

Pay Rate: £13.44 per hour
Hours per week: 48 hours
Shift Pattern: Working Saturday & Sunday – 7:00 to 19:00 and Monday & Tuesday 19:00 – 7:00
SIA Licenses: Security Guarding or Door Supervisor

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer, your duties will include:

• Patrolling the site
• Gatehouse duties
• Access and Egress control
• Monitoring of visitors, staff and customers to the sites
• Responding to security breaches and medical incidents
• Ensuring all customer standards are met on each site
• CCTV monitoring
