Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a motivated Security Officer for 14Forty on a full-time basis, contracted to 42 hours per week. You will help safeguard customers, staff and buildings while delivering excellent customer service.

As part of Compass you’ll join a national network of around 6,000 venues, with opportunities to progress. The role involves patrolling, controlling access, and responding to incidents while maintaining a smart, professional presence and a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SIA license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Smart, professional appearance and conduct.
• Take initiative and be a strong team player.
• Knowledge of health & safety, and relevant laws.

We're currently recruiting a motivated Security Officer to help us ensure continual safety for 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 42 hours per week.

As a Security Officer, you will use your skills to ensure the safety of our customers, staff and buildings whilst providing excellent customer service.
