MightyPower Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard people and property at client sites. You will patrol premises, monitor CCTV and alarms, check badges, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

The role requires a valid SIA license, proven security experience, and strong observations, communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays is essential, with basic first aid being a plus.

Formación

• Valid SIA licence.
• Proven experience as a security officer or in a similar role.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good physical condition and the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic first aid certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades
