About The Role

Corporate Security Officer

Salary: £13.50

Location: Crawley Court, Winchester, SO21 2QA

Working Hours: 4 on 4 off shift – 7am to 7pm

Transport is necessary to get to site as this is a rural location.

Licensing – Security Guarding license required as a minimum.

What will you be doing?
  • Working as the Site Security Officer
  • Create a secure environment, in which our customers, their employees, and visitors are able to feel safe
  • Promote confidence with every customer, colleague, and stakeholder through effective decision‑making, communication, and professional security standards
  • Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and customer policy
  • Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services, the Customer, and the Security Operations Centre, as appropriate
  • Complete planned rota and shifts to provide security cover
  • Utilise the relevant site security systems to detect risks and potential security breaches
  • Utilise TRACKTIK to complete patrols and reporting of incidents
  • Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/near‑miss reporting
  • Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle, or object
  • Respond to unplanned events or incidences promptly
  • Work in collaboration with the customer’s FM team and complete relevant tasks
  • Engage with training & development as required
  • Prepared to support our client with additional requirements
About You

The successful candidate will be versatile and reliable, and will have experience in corporate security. A CCTV licence is not necessary.
