Job summary

Sodexo Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a vigilant Corporate Security Officer to help protect people and property at our sites. You will greet staff and visitors, monitor car parks, respond to alarms, conduct patrols and report incidents with clear handovers.

You must hold a valid SIA licence, bring experience in security and be able to stay calm during emergencies. We offer a wide range of benefits, including wellbeing support, a pension scheme and flexible perks.

Qualifications

• A valid and in-date SIA Licence.
• Proven experience as a corporate security officer or similar role.
• Eye for detail with strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Understanding of security practices and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet staff and visitors and ensure adherence to security protocols.
• Monitor car park and delivery control.
• Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions.
• Conduct regular patrols with visible, reassuring presence.
• Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Complete detailed handovers and report incidents.

• Pay £12.71 per hour
• Hours: 42 hours per week
• Shifts: 12 hour shifts 4 on 4 off days and nights (6am - 6pm)
