Job description

Shift Pattern: Tuesday 10:30 - 19:30, Wednesday 11:30 - 19:30, Thursday 11:30 - 20:30, Friday 10:30 - 19:30 and Saturday 11:30 - 20:30.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security, answer customer questions, provide directions, and resolve issues.
• Monitor and operate the control room, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and car park equipment.
• Manage signing in and out of visitors, ensuring proper documentation and authorization.
• Conduct patrols of the car park to deter unauthorized activity and ensure vehicle safety.
• Cover the duties of the night officer during holiday periods or other absences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience of working within the security industry.
• SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
• First Aid qualification.
• CCTV licence (desirable).
• Experience of radio use.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanour with sound judgement and integrity.
