We’re Hiring: Security Officer

Location: Chester, UK

Pay: £12.60 per hour (48 hours per week)

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 7AM-7PM, Monday & Tuesday 7PM-7AM

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
• Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
• Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• British nationality and UK residency for the past 5 years (due to site requirements).
• Excellent communication skills, IT skills as the role will require administrative tasks such as emails, calls, filling in reports and using an access control system CCTV system.
