Mitie is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for M&S in Carlisle. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and staff, with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional conduct.

• Being digitally confident is essential. You'll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.
• Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For
