A global technology transformation partner is seeking a Security Manager to manage security services across diverse client accounts. The role demands strong cybersecurity knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle incidents and compliance. The successful candidate will work with a team of over 150 security professionals, ensuring robust security practices for clients across various sectors. As a Security Manager, you will be the focal point of contact for any security matters on client accounts. With diverse clients covering any industry sector you can imagine, a day in the life of a Capgemini Security Manager is never dull. The role requirements vary from client to client and so there is an element of flexibility required, from which you’ll be rewarded through exposure to new challenges and opportunities.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including: identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service)
No day is ever the same as a Security Manager as every client is different. In a nutshell: you will be accountable for the end-to-end management of security issues and incidents, acting as a single point of contact for all security matters on client accounts.
The day to day: You’ll be accountable for the holistic management of security, managing incidents, risk management, contractual compliance and any other security services that might be used (such as our SOCs, Threat Intelligence or Vulnerability Management services), all delivered with a pragmatic approach to contractual requirements.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills; someone who can build and maintain effective working relationships with various people (Capgemini, clients, 3rd Parties and Partner contacts). To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must be a British national and have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
