Job summary

CDW is seeking a highly professional officer to join a growing team, protecting a secure facility, assets and personnel. The SIMO will maintain high visibility, perform CCTV monitoring, incident management and liaison with keyholders to ensure rapid responses.

The role includes visitor reception, gatehouse duties, and security for the National Distribution Center, with some off-hours control room duties and strong emphasis on safety and professional conduct.

• Knowledge of various security setups.
• CCTV monitoring and investigation experience.
• SIA licensed.
• SC cleared.
• Experience maintaining logs.
• Computer/IT literate.
• Professional, positive attitude towards staff and visitors.
• Smart, presentable with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high visibility security for the CDW National Distribution Center (NDC).
• Perform security duties during business hours and some people-facing tasks.
• Monitor CCTV and investigate security events across multiple sites.
• Respond to alarm activations and coordinate with third party key holders.
• Liaise with police when required and manage incident flow.
• Manage access, ID checks, and visitor reception when needed.
• Record and maintain security logs and documentation.
• Support incident management including security, fire and facilities.
• Coordinate with on-site leadership and NDC teams on deliveries and collections.
• Carry out regular external patrols and maintain a safe environment.
