• Prepare, configure, and test both hardware and software for technical delivery.
• Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Collaborate with the senior team to improve processes and deliver exceptional service to clients.
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining high standards of personal presentation and customer service.
