Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать встроенную безопасность в платформу, моделировать угрозы и формировать решения
• Вести программу безопасности приложений: SAST/DAST сканирование, код-ревью, автоматизация уязвимостей
• Разрабатывать и продвигать безопасные шаблоны кода и библиотеки
• Проектировать функции защиты для окружений заказчика и продуктов
• Интегрировать агентов ИИ для ускорения работы безопасности и инженерии
• Проводить оценку безопасности и пентесты приложений, сервисов ИИ и API
• Идентифицировать уязвимости по стэку технологий и координировать их remediation
• Разрабатывать контролли для дата-пайплайнов, окружений обучения моделей и агентов ИИ
• Изучать новые угрозы в области AI/ML и комплексно противодействовать атакам

Описание:

WRITER develops an end-to-end enterprise AI platform that enables companies to build and deploy AI agents grounded in proprietary data and powered by enterprise-grade LLMs.

Задачи:

• Build security into the AI platform by conducting threat modeling, designing secure architectures, and shaping product decisions;
• Own and evolve the application security program, including SAST/DAST scanning, security code reviews, and vulnerability automation;
• Establish and champion secure coding standards, reusable security patterns, and libraries;
• Design and recommend security features and products for protecting customer environments;
• Integrate and leverage AI agents to increase security team and engineering organization velocity;
• Lead security assessments and penetration testing of applications, AI services, and APIs;
• Identify vulnerabilities across the technology stack and collaborate with teams to remediate issues at scale;
• Design and implement security controls for data pipelines, model training environments, and customer-facing AI agents;
• Research emerging AI/ML security threats, including LLM and generative AI attack vectors, and build proactive defenses.

Требования:

• 4+ Years of hands-on experience in application security engineering;
• Proven experience securing large-scale production systems;
• Understanding of developer experience and workflows for shipping features and products;
• Expertise in at least two of Python, Java, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript;
• Ability to read and review code across multiple languages, including business logic and security implications;
• Knowledge of SAST/DAST solutions, vulnerability management platforms, security testing frameworks, and DevSecOps practices;
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences;
