Security is fundamental to the resilience, reliability and success of modern digital infrastructure. As a Principal Security Engineer at Black & White Engineering, you will play a leading role in shaping and assuring security strategies across some of the most complex and technically demanding projects within the global data centre sector.

Задачи:

Lead the development and review of physical and electronic security design solutions across complex engineering projects. Provide technical assurance and governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with relevant security requirements and standards. Act as the principal security engineering authority within multidisciplinary design teams. Engage with clients, stakeholders and project teams to understand security objectives and translate them into practical engineering solutions. Identify project risks, security vulnerabilities and potential operational challenges, providing clear recommendations and mitigation strategies. Review and mentor the work of colleagues, supporting technical development and knowledge sharing. Contribute to business-wide security standards, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Требования:

Strong experience delivering security engineering solutions within the built environment, critical infrastructure or similarly complex sectors. Proven ability to lead technical security design activities and provide engineering assurance on large or technically challenging projects. Strong understanding of physical security principles, risk management and security system integration. Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders and technical specialists. Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide and influence others while maintaining high technical standards.
