We are looking for people with a broad understanding across multiple cybersecurity domains, which may include cyber strategy, cloud security, data, AI security, and IAM, Operational Technology (OT) security and security operations, combined with strong commercial acumen.

In this role, you will work with delivery teams to ensure existing projects are operating as expected, while also building relationships and developing new opportunities with clients. You will act as a bridge between the client, the client account team, and our group of experts in the security domain teams.

In this role you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, from technical teams through to C-suite, building trust-based relationships and ensuring seamless execution

  • Conduct cybersecurity strategy assessments, maturity and readiness evaluations, and discovery workshops using industry frameworks and compliance mandates

  • Identify and articulate risks at project, business, and technical levels, delivering proportionate and cost-effective mitigation strategies

  • Design and implement robust cybersecurity solutions tailored to client environments and risk profiles

  • Create high-quality deliverables including threat and risk assessments, security policies, procedures, incorporating industry best practices

  • Stay current on emerging threats, AI-driven security solutions, and regulatory developments, contributing insights to shape client strategies

  • Drive business development by identifying and qualifying new opportunities within existing accounts and building new client relationships

  • Contribute to sales pursuits, proposals, and commercial responses, with an expectation to support pipeline and revenue targets at a Manager level

  • Partner with Accenture industry and alliance teams to develop differentiated, go-to-market security offerings for Products clients

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams of security consultants across Analyst, Senior Analyst and Consultant levels

  • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and skill-building that raises the capability of the broader team

  • Contribute to Accenture's thought leadership in security through publications, client presentations, and industry engagements

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity within relevant domains such as Cyber Strategy, GRC, IAM, Cloud Security, Data and AI Security, Operational Technology (OT) security and Security Operations.

  • Experience leading security project teams and/or workstreams within complex client environments.

  • Background spanning advisory, project delivery and hands-on technical implementation

  • Familiarity with security regulations and frameworks (NIST, NIS, CAF, ISO 27001)

  • Experience working with both technical teams and executive stakeholders

  • Commercial awareness, including experience contributing to business development, bids, or account growth

  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex technical risks into clear business impact

  • High attention to detail and rigorous logical thinking ability

  • Willingness to travel across the UK as projects require

Set yourself apart:

  • Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP or equivalent.

  • Experience across multiple sectors: Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrials or Life Sciences.

  • Proven track record leading complex, multi-workstream security programmes

  • Familiarity with AI security risks, AI-enabled security capabilities, and other emerging technologies and practices, with an understanding of how they are influencing the cybersecurity landscape.
