Job description

Our highly specialised cyber‑insurance startup/scale‑up is looking to hire four Security Consultants focused on incident response and security maturity. The business is performing extremely well, with revenue doubling year‑on‑year, and the founders have proven experience growing startups from scratch to IPO.

As a Security Consultant you’ll work closely with clients to gain an in‑depth understanding of their security posture, perform maturity assessments, improve and update incident response plans, conduct tabletop exercises, run workshops, implement security controls, improve risk management processes and ensure security compliance. Ideally you’ll have experience working with companies during or after a cyber breach, building back security and implementing new controls to prevent future incidents.

Additional responsibilities include creating business continuity plans, presenting security risk to executives and board members, and driving continuous improvement. The role offers rapid progression and development, and the company is committed to training individuals who show a drive to make serious impact.

The role is an on‑site, full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑4:30 pm) in London, United Kingdom. Salary ranges from £60,000 to £100,000, plus bonus.
