Lead Talent Consultant at Addition Solutions

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading risk assessments and helping shape secure architectures for complex systems
• Designing pragmatic security solutions for high-grade environments
• Aligning cyber and infrastructure design with MOD regulations and standards
• Advising cross-functional teams on security best practice in Agile and DevSecOps settings
• Developing security documentation — from test plans to risk treatments
• Contributing to the strategic direction of security across major programmes

Main Skills Needed:

• At least 4 years in a security-focused role working on information systems
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks like NIST or ISO 27005
• Experience designing and documenting effective risk mitigation measures
• Confident working in secure-by-design environments, ideally in the public or defence sectors
• Excellent communication skills — written, visual and verbal
• Experience with HMG or MOD policies is a bonus
