Darke & Taylor is seeking an experienced Security Commissioning Engineer to join a rapidly growing team working on prestigious projects across London and the Southeast. The role involves leading commissioning of CCTV, access control, video entry and intruder alarms, coordinating with project managers to ensure installation and paperwork are compliant.

The ideal candidate will have extensive security systems experience and be capable of driving projects from start to finish, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Full UK driving license.
• Experience of networking and integrating systems.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of security systems (CCTV, access control, video entry and intruder alarms).
• Conduct site audits prior to commissioning.
• Assist with 1st and 2nd fix when required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Completion of commissioning paperwork
• Mentoring of apprentices & staff
• Assisting with maintenance on previously commissioned projects

Due to growth in our Integrated Systems Department, we currently have an excellent career opportunity for a talented Security Systems Commissioning Engineer to join us.

THE ROLE

Seeking an experienced Security Commissioning Engineer to join a rapidly growing team working on some very prestige projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Security systems including but not limited to: Texecom, Galaxy, Dahua, Paxton, BPT.

Capable of leading commissioning of projects from start to completion, working alongside project managers to ensure compliance both with the installation and paperwork. The successful candidate will be expected to work on various projects including within London.

Develop your technical expertise through cross-training across multiple fire technologies and build a rewarding career within the security industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Commissioning of security systems (CCTV, access control, video entry and intruder alarms)
